Appointment Policy:
HousePaws Mobile Veterinary Clinic, PLLC sees dogs and cats by appointment only. Due to the practice nature, slight flexibility in arrival time is necessary. We will always attempt to call you when en route to your residence.
*We schedule appointments Monday through Friday from approximately 9am-5pm. We offer extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays to accomodate our clients who need an appointment after regular working hours.
*If you have a day-time emergency, always feel free to call us. We will try our hardest to get to your pet as soon as possible. If it is in the best interest of your pet, we may refer you to a nearby hospital if we are too far from your location.
*Please fill out the
new client information form located at the bottom of this page at least
24 hours prior to your pet's appointment with HousePaws. This will allow us to get you into our computer system and save appointment time upon arrival.
Patient Arrival and Care Policy:
For the protection of yourself and other, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled when approaching and entering the clinic.
*Please confine all cats to a carrier or small room about one hour prior to their appointment. Cats are experts at knowing when to hide, and having them confined saves valuable appointment time.
*All examinations, testing, treatments, and procedures are performed in our customized mobile clinic. Animals, especially dogs, may feel threatened or be overly protective of their home environment when approached by new people.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks.
